Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of IPALinked (ipalinked.com), a free service for sharing Android (.apk) and iOS (.ipa) application builds. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

IPALinked lets you upload an app build and receive a shareable link. Links expire automatically after 7 days, after which the uploaded file is permanently deleted. The service is provided free of charge and without accounts.

2. Acceptable use

You may only upload files that you have the legal right to distribute. It is strictly prohibited to upload or share: malware, spyware or any harmful code; pirated, cracked or repackaged applications; apps that infringe third-party intellectual property; or content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. We may remove any file and block access at our discretion.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to files you upload. You grant us only the technical permission to store the file and serve it to people who open your link, until the link expires.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and links may be removed earlier than their expiry where necessary (e.g. abuse reports). Keep your own copy of every file you upload.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPALinked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

6. Takedown requests

If you believe a shared file infringes your rights, contact us with the share link and proof of ownership — we act on valid reports promptly.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
