Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026. This policy explains what data IPALinked (ipalinked.com) processes and why. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a file-sharing service, we don't sell anything, and files delete themselves.

1. What we collect

Uploaded files — stored under random, unguessable names and permanently deleted when the link expires (7 days) or is removed earlier. Upload metadata — file name, size, upload time, the uploader's IP address and browser user-agent (kept for abuse prevention, visible only to the site operator). Contact form messages — name, email and message, used only to reply to you. Download counts — anonymous counters per link.

2. Cookies and local storage

We show a consent banner on your first visit. With your consent, we use browser local storage to remember preferences such as dark/light theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The owner console uses a session cookie strictly for authentication.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. We do not profile visitors. We do not read the contents of uploaded builds beyond extracting technical metadata (e.g. an iOS bundle ID, needed to generate the install manifest).

4. Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the QR-code library from cdnjs (Cloudflare); those requests are subject to the respective providers' policies. If the site is served through a CDN, the CDN processes traffic as a technical intermediary.

5. UDID finder

The UDID tool reads your device's UDID, model and iOS version via Apple's profile mechanism, displays them to you in your browser, and does not store them on our servers.

6. Data removal

Files disappear automatically at expiry. To remove a link earlier or request deletion of contact-form data, contact us.

7. Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted at this address.
